Product data page is a special page within your admin panel where New9 team posts data about best-selling and competitive products. This market research is done using both AI and human resources to find products that sell best in Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces. This process is using a lot of resources and is therefore expensive. For this reason, we can offer only limited amount of researched product data per package.

When you are using any of our managed packages, your account managers will be getting products from the products data page and listing these products on eBay, Amazon, and other platforms if applicable. Daily amount will depend on the limit of the package you subscribed to. For standard package it is up to 5 products per day and for pro package it is up to 10 products per day. Listing amount can sometimes be less than maximum daily allowance because it can be impacted by your eBay seller account listing limit.

But as you can see, your daily listing limit on your website is higher (for standard package – 1040, for pro package – 2080; please note that this number may change). This is because your account managers will list a limited number of products on your website. You can however list dropshipping products or your own products on your website if you want to promote those separately. For this reason, we do not put restrictions regarding daily listings on website. You can list your full allowance in 1 day if you choose to do so. But please note that when you are listing products on your own, you will not be able to list from the special New9 products data page, that is, you will not be able to use products researched by our proprietary market research system. You will need to research the products yourself. These products can be your own independently researched eBay dropshipping products, Getshop Today drosphipping products, any 3rd party dropshipping products or even your own products.

However, if you do not fulfil any of your seller responsibilities and as a result of this eBay or Amazon closes your account, we will not be able to offer you any money back guarantee.

You also need to fulfil the following responsibilities as a seller:

  • You must log into your New9 account/admin panel and check your order management page and eBay order management page at least once per day.
  • Every single order that you receive must be fulfilled within 24 hours.
  • You must provide tracking number for 80% or more of the total number of orders you receive in a month. Although New9 partner program will help you to collect the tracking numbers and to upload those automatically to your eBay store, you still must double-check yourself that the system is working as it is meant to be.
  • If a customer asks a question via the platforms, you must reply within 24 hours.
  • If a customer asks for a refund and if you find that the reason is relevant, you must not wait and give the refund as soon as possible.
  • After a customer buys a product make sure you give a positive review about the buyer within 24 hours.
  • It is advisable to contact your buyer 7 days after delivery of the product and to ask for a review for your product and services.

We design your eCommerce website and connect it to your domain as well as set up your eCommerce management and admin panel. All the New9 functionalities will also be set up for you. First, you should ask what is the reason for the return. If the reason is valid, double check with the customer are they sure they want to return the item and when exactly they will do it. The reason to double check is that often customers ask for return but later they change their mind. When you get the confirmation, give them your return address. Then contact with your supplier and start the return process. Next when the customer sends you the item back and you receive it, you can pay the money back to them. Now you can send the goods to your supplier and your supplier will refund you the money.

Please note that so far from our experience only about 1% of orders request a return process.

First of all, when you are using New9 and Getshop Today system and listing items on eBay, our system does not allow to sell internationally by default. But in certain rare and specific cases someone still can buy from international undeliverable address. In such unlikely case, please ask your buyer to cancel the order. Normally, the buyer will reply and will request you to cancel the order instead. Then you can simply cancel the order and choose the option “buyer asked to cancel” during the cancellation process.

If you see that your buyer’s postal address is incorrect and undeliverable, first contact the buyer and ask them to provide you with the correct address. If the buyer does not answer within 24 hours, you can simply cancel the order. When you are cancelling the order, choose the cancellation reason as “address undeliverable”. In certain circumstances you might ask assistance from eBay customer service, and they will give you the relevant address or provide other options for course of action.

First log into your eBay seller account. In the very top menu from the left side after your account name you will see the fourth menu selection called Help and Contact. Click on it. In the next page scroll down until the very end of the page and click on Contact Us. In the next page click on Selling. Choose the relevant contact reason from the list provided. This situation can happen when someone places an order on eBay, but the payment didn’t go through.
